1.Asses Property Damage and Report Back to Owner within 24hrs:
Our damage assessment team will inspect your house within 24 hours of the storm passing. We will report back to the owner with a suggestion of temporary and permanent repairs. (See Item Line Up Contractors for Repairs)
2.Photo Catalogue of Damage
Hurricane Guy® will make a complete photo catalogue of storm damage to your property. In the event your insurance company has questions or doubts about your claim, the photo catalogue will help state the facts and complete a full portfolio and documentation.
3.Line Up Contractors for Repairs
Hurricane Guy® has engaged an extensive network of construction,
renovation and home repair specialist to be ready and on standby
to repair your home fast. We are committed to have your repair
needs evaluated and under contract within two weeks of the passing
of a storm. Our goal is to get you and your family back in your
home as soon as possible. With our team on your side the frustration
of home repairs is gone.
4.Damage Mitigation
Hurricane Guy® will be your first response in damage mitigation
following a storm. From “Blue Roof” installation to fallen tree
removal, to dehumidification, Hurricane Guy® will evaluate
the specific needs of your property and perform the appropriate
measure to minimize further property damage. As a client of Hurricane
Guy®, this agreement pre-authorizes our first response taskforce
to perform up to $5000.00 in emergency repairs to your property.
We will contact you within 24 hours of the storms passing to keep
you informed of you home’s condition and recommended repairs.
5.Restore House
Once the danger of a storm has passed and your home has been spared hurricane damage, we will return to your home to remove window covers and get your home back to everyday functionality. All protective materials will be stowed for the next “Red Alert” mobilization.
6.Insurance Negotiation
Hurricane Guy® clients can elect to have our insurance specialist
represent them in negotiating a fair settlement for the damaged
property. Our experience in home repairs will make sure the money
you receive can actually cover the cost of your damage repairs.
7.Clean Refrigerator
The power has been out for 4 days in your neighborhood and that
all too familiar smell is lingering in the air of your home! Who
is going to get that left over “tuna casserole” out of the refrigerator?
Hurricane Guy® will remove spoiled food, clean and sanitize
your refrigerator so you don’t have to replace it. We will even
remove and dispose of unwanted refrigerators following a prolonged
power outage. Let us do your dirty work!
